Nitro Pdf Zes When Opening
How do I get PDF files to open inside my browser? Another option is to use Nitro’s PDF. Been trying for a while to figure out how to auto-open pdf.
Hi can anyone help with this? I use Nitro 6.42 as my pdf reader we use a web base costing system which requires adobe reader to be present on the coomputer but you can open the pdf using nitro until the other day when Adobe updated. Now the pdf opens in the browser ok using Adobe but if you turn off the open in browser in adobe it still opens the screen with a blank page in explorer 9 instead of opening in nitro which is set as the default pdf.I use Nitro 6.42 as my default pdf factory and it is set as default and all pdf programs assoitated to it but when opening documents in explorer 9 they are opening in the web page with a blank screen. If i set the open in web browser button in adobe the page opens in the browser using adobe not nitro. Hi Anannya Can you help please? it did'nt work. I did as you suguested but i am still getting a white screen in the browser when i open a pdf, i have gone into the adobe preferences and changed the setting so that it wont open in browser and i get a white screen even though it is not set as the default pdf handler. If i reset it to open in browser it opens ok using adobe not nitro even though nitro is set as default i have deleted adobe completly and the pdf will not open. Any sugestions please.

Otherwise, you could try repairing or reinstalling Nitro. Note that setting a program 'as default' merely means that the OS will try to use it to open a file with that extension using a default command line syntax, e.g. No parameters. If the program expects some other syntax to be used on its command line then you need to either be aware of those requirements and manage them manually or hope that the program has some kind of repair facility or will at least provide the necessary modifications via a reinstall.
